Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you like our products, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unworn product, with tag attached and the original product bag.

Returns: You may request a refund as long as it's received to us within 10 days of your purchase delivery date, & the items must meet our return criteria mentioned in this policy.

Purchase price refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment type that was used for the Purchase. You’ll have to wait 2-3 weeks to see funds back into your account.

Any refund request received from 10-20 days will receive in-store credit.


You can exchange the product with the same policy of the returns but shipping will be charged to you, the fee depends in the country and is the same charged to normal order.

  • If you want to Exchange (same value price or less) you will have to pay the shipping for the exchanged item(s). We need to know what item you want to exchange for within 24hrs of the Return e-mail being sent. We will pull & hold the item from our Inventory for you. If for any reason you change your mind on the item you want to exchange for there will be a 15% restocking fee.


  • Exchanged item are shipped to you one time per order / item. customer is responsible for shipping item back to us unless other arrangements have been made/offered.


  • Any & all Product that are Returned or Exchanged Must Include a Copy of your Original Invoice & your Order number, without these 2 items we will Not be able to process your Return or Exchange.


  • Return & Exchange Shipping Costs are your responsibility as the Customer unless other arrangements have been made by the Return & Exchange Dept. If a label is sent to you to return a Defective item & you choose to not have it replaced we will only refund you for the Product price that you paid, Shipping Not included.


  • Any Returned or Exchanged Item that arrive in Worn Condition & or Washed Condition will Not receive Store Credit & the Worn/washed Product will not be shipped back.


  • Returns & Exchanges could take up to 20 business days to Process.


  • If You had made any purchases while a Promotion was running, You will be charged Full Retail Price for the difference or remaining product that were kept.  **Example: The Promotion is: Purchase Any 3 Items or more & receive 10% off your entire order! If you Return any items out of the 3, You will be Charged Full Retail Price for the remaining kept items.


  • If  Item purchased were Clearance Items or any other item marked: "Sale" where the discount is over 30%, there are no returns or exchanges on these items.


  • There are No Refunds- Only Store Credit is Issued, if the return/exchange meets all requirements mentioned on this page.  You have 1 month to use your Store Credit from the date the Credit is Issued to you. The Store Credit is not attached in your name - which means anyone can use it. (if you choose to give it to someone)


  • Can not Guarantee that the same item you are exchanging will be in stock in a different size/color. If this happens, You will receive in Store Credit or we can suggest another item at equal or less value.


  • No Refunds on Gift Certificates/Cards


  • Giveaway item are non-refundable (They were FREE) & no Return/Exchange on the product.
